Trabaja bajo supervisión limitada, realiza mantenimiento y reparaciones complejas en sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos y/o Equipos y maquinaria para plantas hidráulicas. Ayuda al supervisor a coordinar las actividades de los empleados involucrados en la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos y maquinaria de plantas eléctricas, mecánicas, neumáticas y/o hidráulicas. Coordenadas y Asigna el trabajo diario a los empleados según los cronogramas de producción y mantiene el flujo de trabajo. OBLIGACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES - Realiza mantenimiento preventivo de rutina y mantenimiento mecánico, hidráulico, neumático y eléctrico de emergencia en sistemas y equipos de producción, utilizando conocimientos de circuitos, electrónica, dispositivos electromecánicos, motores, cableado. diagramas, esquemas y planos. - Soluciona problemas, repara, alinea, calibra, inspecciona y prueba una variedad de sistemas y equipos de producción. - Configura equipos de línea de montaje dentro de los parámetros establecidos. - Ayuda en la instalación de nuevos equipos y en el traslado de equipos a nuevas ubicaciones. - Desmonta máquinas y piezas, y ajusta, repara o reemplaza piezas y materiales defectuosos Utiliza una variedad de herramientas y equipos manuales y eléctricos básicos, incluidos taladro manual, amoladora de banco y sierra de cinta. - Instruye a los ensambladores sobre el uso adecuado del equipo. - Mantiene registros apropiados de mantenimiento y reparación. - Limpia y lubrica piezas y equipos según lo programado. - Solicitar piezas necesarias para completar las responsabilidades de mantenimiento preventivo. - Retira e instala moldes en máquinas siguiendo procedimientos establecidos. - Aprende todos los aspectos del mantenimiento de máquinas y recibe formación cruzada en todas las áreas de equipos de montaje. - Lidera, asigna y coordina las actividades laborales diarias del técnico de mantenimiento de nível inferior. personal. - Prioriza y organiza asignaciones de trabajo y delega esas asignaciones. - Mantiene el flujo de trabajo, asegurando la disponibilidad de los materiales adecuados. - Mantiene registros de tiempo y actividad de los empleados. - Observa a los empleados en el área de trabajo asignada y garantiza que se sigan todas las normas de limpieza, salud y seguridad. - Capacita a técnicos nuevos y menos experimentados en los procedimientos adecuados.
