Corporate Lawyer

Ecolab is looking for a **Corporate Lawyer **for the legal area

**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:
Give support to the functional areas and divisions from the legal point of view, reviews of contracts, file complaints and lawsuits, and compliance issues for the proper functioning of the organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support Ecolab Divisions with: contract reviews, contract negotiations, handling and follow-up of claims and complaints
- Support functional areas in conjunction with Purchasing and from the legal point of view run the Securimate process, as well as the preparation and review of contracts with suppliers (Ecolab)
- Manage power of attorney processes for Nalco/Ecolab.
- Interact with the offices that carry the corporate books to update, the Assemblies, among others
- Review Legal documentation, Letters, Writings, Settlements, Early Terminations, etc.
- Have contact with the region for issues of Contracts, Contracts and Securimate.
- Interact with external firms to follow up on demands and complains.

It has internal relations with the departments of Human Resources, Quality, Purchasing, Vehicle Control, Management, Distribution, Maintenance, Production, Raw Material Warehouses, Planning, SH&E, Quality Management System, Sales Division, Finance, Marketing.

It has external relations with External Firms.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Have 3 or 4 years in the legal area
- Preferably multinational corporate companies

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Advanced Technical English (80% - 100%)
- Knowledge of local laws and norms including contractual experience

**WORKING HOURS**:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm hybrid work
