We are currently hiring a R2R Specialist to join our team in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilites:

- Perform accurate journal entries in a timely manner, payroll, expense provisions, Legal Docket provision, Audit fees, travel & expense, prepaid and other records that affect GL.
- Configure and execute allocations process to distribute expenses to the corresponding cost centers.
- Configure, execute and evaluate the foreign exchange process to ensure a correct revaluation of foreign currency balances.
- Run Accrual Engine, Exchange rate, Debit Credit process.
- Prepare accurate and robust monthly balance sheet account analysis, including analysis for balance sheet reviews.
- Control and monitoring of old items in the balance sheets, as well as the cleaning and compensation of the items that make up the balances.
- Correct all records with incorrect functional areas.
- Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders, including Finance colleagues and Regional Financial Reporting and Accounting. Communication with these stakeholders is appropriate and timely when questions regarding accounting/reporting matters arise.
- Promote a strong control environment and follow up on audit issues and implement correcting measures)

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance required
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 3+ years of accounting experience - public and industry preferred
- ERP knowledge (SAP)
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, detail oriented, organized and experience managing data bases
- Experience working with shared services preferred
