La vacante
Como Ops Lead Jr., serás responsable de asegurar la excelencia operativa de Calii en Guadalajara. En tu día a día, trabajarás de cerca con el Director de Operaciones para monitorear la operación, dar seguimiento a todos los procesos del CEDIS, idear e implementar mejoras y supervisar al personal operativo. Serás la persona encargada de la operación de la ciudad, asegurando que los clientes reciban sus pedidos a tiempo y con la mejor calidad.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestión y supervisión de turnos y procesos operativos
- Gestión y supervisión de insumos, herramientas y activos
- Control estricto de los KPIs del CEDIS
- Preparaciones operativas y funciones para mantenimiento
- Identificación de áreas de oportunidad y ejecución de procesos de mejora

- $35,000 - $40,000 MXN brutos mensuales
