**Accountants Payable Specialist**:

- Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP 25903- Country/Region: MX**About the position**:
Job title: Accounts Payable Specialist
- Reporting to the Suffield, CT Controller-FTS with oversight from the Ramos Arizpe Controller, the incumbent will also work closely with FTS functional departments and external customers.
- The position will be based out of the Ramos Arizpe, MEX facility

**Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices into ERP system
- Match invoices to purchase orders as part of 3-way match process (PO, invoice & goods receipt)
- Interact with department/warehouse personnel to resolve receiving issues.
- Set up new vendors and collect pertinent information from vendor (W9 form and bank letter to process electronic payments)
- Process weekly payments to vendors
- GL Monthly reconciliations (GRNI, Payables, accruals)
- Free cash flow forecast
- AP Intercompany reconciliations.
- Respond to vendor inquiries for payment information.
- Monthly suppliers’ reconciliations
- Process commission payments
- Process employee expense reports
- Reconcile monthly credit card statement.
- Internal or External audit requests
- Participate in special requirements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of related experience in like environment
- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software, SAP knowledge
