Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is looking for:
**Technical Support Administrator - Tlajomulco**

**Objetivo principal**:
Atender y dar soporte y apoyo administrativo al cliente interno de manera que facilite el control y planeación de las operaciones, para que los costos asociados a la reparación se mantengan bajo los parámetros definidos y en los tiempos acordados.

Administrar, cotizar y mantener actualizados los registros en el sistema de las horas de trabajo de los clientes internos para dar soporte a la facturación de los servicios que presta Sandvik por Contrato

**Responsabilidades**:

- Llevar control administrativo de las reparaciones de equipos y servicios para su correcta administración en el sistema.
- Validar que las órdenes de trabajo se encuentren debidamente requisitadas para su correcto registro.
- Actualizar y registrar los reportes de horas de personal interno asignadas a los servicios y/o reparaciones.
- Gestionar correctamente el registro en sistema de las partes y servicios en ejecución de las áreas operativas.
- Ejecutar análisis de desviaciones a procesos ejecutados por las áreas operativas
- Reportar cierre de ordenes de trabajo incluyendo el desglose de los costos asociados a estas.
- Atender y dar apoyo administrativo al cliente interno de manera que facilite el control y planeación de las operaciones.
- Llevar control de las carpetas de reparaciones de los equipos y componentes.
- Realizar la facturación del JOB o la orden de trabajo al finalizar la reconstrucción la reparación o el servicio brindado y enviarla a las áreas que correspondan.
- Dar seguimiento a la aceptación de la entrega del trabajo y/o servicio por parte del cliente y la recepción de la factura correspondiente.
- Conducir una gestión correcta de las órdenes de trabajo en coordinación con almacén, compras y partes y que estas sean correctamente relacionadas a cada JOB abierto.
- Solicitar a finanzas provisionar recursos para costos pendientes de JOB´s que se facturan en el mes.
- Realizar reportes especiales de control del cliente interno para las áreas operativas que facilite la toma de decisiones.
- Representar al área como Key User en el módulo de EQ y realizar los cambios que el sistema requiera con respecto a la operación.
- Registrar las horas trabajadas por el personal técnico en el sistema Aurora.
- Verificar los métricos de máquinas tocadas, generar la evidencia y registrar en el sistema.
- Gestionar la compra de material o herramientas especializadas para el cliente interno.
- Entregar carta responsiva de las herramientas entregadas y resguardar evidencias.
- Gestionar la entrega de los Manuales de la Maquinaria nueva al cliente interno.
- Otorgar soporte de cotización y facturación a Talleres y Servicio a Campo.
- Mantener actualizado los registros y cierres en el CRM en cuanto a cotizaciones y/o oportunidades OC.
- Ejecutar la administración y control de garantías en conjunto con Fábrica.
- Administración de la flota activa (Altas y Bajas en sistema)

**Su perfil**:

- 1 - 3 años de experiência en puestos similares.
- Manejo de Excel a nível avanzado
- Manejo de PowerBI
- Nível de Idioma Inglés: Intermedio a Avanzado (Capaz de mantener conversaciones fluidas)

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
