**Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions utilizing core Salesforce development tools and Omnistudio.
Architect and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems, optimizing for performance and scalability.
Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and best practice advice.

**Requirements**:
Extensive experience with core Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architectural framework and best practices for development and integration.
Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
