**Lead VAVE workshops and teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement **:**Conduct detailed analyses of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization **:**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement VAVE recommendations **:**Develop and maintain documentation, including VAVE reports, proposals, and presentations **:**Work with suppliers to negotiate cost reductions and implement design changes **:**Identify and implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement **:**Why join us?**
