- As a Sales Director with Element, you can impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business. You will drive revenue and set the course for growth of the business by managing an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future customers are strategically developed. Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to sell an industry-leading service portfolio to solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges.- A Day in the Life
Lead a high potential Commercial Sales team
-Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and customers
-Develop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flow
-Generate new deal leads and prospects
-Partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals
-Perform modeling/forecasting, financial statement and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structure
-Price loans and leases and services using pricing model and prepare customer proposals
-Manage assigned database territory ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classified
- Requirements
True hunter mentality; new business development focused
-BS or BA in business or related field required
-+10 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
-+5 years management positions
-Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
-Ability to travel
-Preferred experience in a financial services, customer-facing commercial sales position
-Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs
-Drive results by successfully presenting to customers and senior management
-Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
