Credit Portfolio Sr Supervisor

El supervisor sénior de Cartera de Crédito es un puesto de nível gerencial intermedio responsable de proporcionar liderazgo y dirección completos a un equipo de empleados para monitorear la cartera de Citi e identificar migraciones de crédito junto con el equipo de Gestión de Riesgos. El objetivo general de este puesto es coordinar la exposición de la cartera de Citi a clientes y contrapartes a nível global.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Aprovechar su experiência en datos de riesgo crediticio y visión empresarial para observar tendencias clave, amenazas, imprecisiones y factores impulsores de dichas observaciones.
- Implementar iniciativas para garantizar la consistencia y el cumplimiento de políticas de crédito globales.
- Comunicarse con contrapartes comerciales interdisciplinarias para garantizar la precisión y equilibrar las interacciones y prioridades funcionales y comerciales.
- Presentar análisis e informes de tendencias de datos complejos a la gerencia sénior y al negocio.
- Utilizar UNIX y el Sistema de Análisis Estadístico (Statistical Analysis System, SAS) para realizar análisis financieros, de riesgo y datos, incluidos perfiles, muestreos, conciliación y pruebas de hipótesis.
- Respaldar informes regulatorios e internos continuos, presentados mensualmente y trimestralmente según sea necesario.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares
**Calificaciones**:
- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.
- Habilidades comprobadas para la programación de SAS/SQL, y habilidades avanzadas para hojas de cálculo y MS Office
- Conocimiento y experiência en segmentación, procedimientos estadísticos y herramientas analíticas financieras
- Capacidad para aprender y poner en práctica habilidades nuevas de forma constante y rápida
- Habilidades comprobadas organizativas, analíticas y para la resolución de problemas, con capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas
