**DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL**:
Responsable de supervisar las áreas de producción a su cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas así como cumplimiento del reglamento con el personal a su cargo.

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDAD**:

- Asegurarse que el empleado siga los procedimientos de la empresa y cumpla con las políticas.
- Administrar los recursos humanos financieros y materiales de la empresa.
- Asegurar la fabricación de productos elaborados bajo estándares de calidad.
- Documentar rechazos y productos en los registros del área.
- Administrar el área de producción de acuerdo con el procedimiento de la planta.
- Hacer juntas diarias con los empleados para informar metas logradas y por hacer.
- Supervisar que las metas se logren ayudando y orientando al empleado.
- Buscar alternativas de solución para la salida del producto a tiempo.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización del área de trabajo.
- Re trabajar los rechazos inmediatamente de acuerdo a la documentación correspondiente.
- Minimizar y controlar el Scrap de su área.
- Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad industrial y normas disciplinarias.
- Asegurar que los empleados deben de trabajar con seguridad en maquinaria o en cualquier tipo de operación manual.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas de producción requeridas.
- Proveer al operador los recursos y herramientas necesarias para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, así como el equipo de seguridad necesario.
- Supervisar que los jefes de grupo estén realizando sus actividades.
- Supervisión de personal.
- Verificación y elaboración de reportes.
- Garantizar metas requeridas.
- Debe mantener una permanente comunicación con el Gerente de Producción para desarrollar sus planes de acción, así como a sus subordinados.
- Seguimiento a los parámetros de eficiencia de producción, productividad, y calidad del producto.
- Verifica asistencia del personal a su cargo y elaboración de nómina.
- Analizar las medidas necesarias para cumplir con las metas de producción diarias, semanales y mensuales.
- Aplicación de la innovación y mejoramiento continúo en las áreas de producción.
- Revisión de material faltante y elaboración de requisiciones.
- Balancear las operaciones en las líneas de producción.
- Apoyar al departamento de calidad para prevenir y reparar fallas.
- Verificar que los materiales que se van a utilizar sean los correctos
- Supervisa el uso adecuado de la maquinaria y equipo funcionen correctamente.
- Monitorea las reglas de seguridad en las áreas a su cargo.
- Otras Responsabilidades que determine el Gerente.
- Participación en actividades del JCMS.
- Se conduce de acuerdo al código de ética de la empresa y respeta el RIT y seguridad.

**CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**:

- Carrera Profesional Terminada en áreas de Ingeniería
- Experiência en Actividades Similares 3 años.
- Dominio de Sistema Mac-Pac
- Dominio de PC Softwares: Paquete Office
- Experiência procesos Kaizen
- Mejora continua
- Lean
- Conocimientos en relaciones laborales.
- Conocimiento en sistema ISO 9001
- Habilidad para planear, programar, detección de fallas y solución de problemas.
- Trabajo bajo presión y Buena actitud de servicio y comunicación.

- Tiene la autoridad para reportar y tomar acción ante cualquier situación de riesgo para el medio ambiente o para el personal.
