**Life Science Team Assistant**:
**Your qualification**:

- Fluent English-speaking ability required
- Must be self-motivated and capable of handling multiple ad hoc tasks at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant or Executive assistant is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel to US 1-2 times a year for a week preferred

**Your job**
- Support the LS Sales / R&D teams with organizing interviews, large meetings, trade fairs, workshops
- oSetting agenda; Selecting and scheduling hotel rooms, managing bookings and ensuring participant reservations; Suggest travel arrangements and making travel arrangements for the group as needed- oOther logistic items as required for the success of the event- Manage EBP, purchase and shipping requisitions for Sales and R&D teams based on input from team; Needs to build deep understanding of the purchase process, and stakeholders involved in different teams
- oPurchasingEntering items into EBP and purchasingAssisting colleagues in finding vendors for componentsFilling out and getting Single Source Forms signedConsistently following up with purchasing in Mason to ensure prompt delivery of ordersOrdering all required Festo components through SAP- oShippingArranging shipping through UPSPreparing all documentation for exports with Trade ComplianceWork with colleagues in the TEC as well as in Trade Compliance and Outbound Logistics to resolve any issues that arise with shipmentsEnsuring items are packed and shipped from the TEC with counterpart- Support and audit R&D team invoicing to internal customers and engineering hour submissions
- Other admin tasks as assigned based on capacity (e.g., check on SAP hour bookings of R&D engineers)

**Your qualification**:
