**We are hiring a Media Coordinator**

The Media Coordinator works with the Media Manager in the organization to develop and implement communication strategies including media planning and budget control.

The Media Coordinator main function is related to advertising, with a strong focus on digital. The advertising aspect includes managing relationship with the advertising and production agency, and working closely with Cartier Agents for advertising co-op campaigns, while guaranteeing the delivery of the planned KPI’s of each offline and online campaign.

**Advertising: Institutional and CO-OP Campaigns**
- Participate in the implementation of the Institutional Advertising Campaigns of Mexico during the fiscal year, alongside the Media Manager to accomplish the company’s goals.
- Assure to check the media reports and all matters related to the media buying which are done through the agency (online + offline) on Bumblebee.
- Gather all the necessary proofs of materials of the hard copies of the magazines, to assure the right visibility of the artwork.
- Improve consumer experience and relationships through the analysis and the management of all interactions between consumers and the Maison.
- Collaborate with the complete Cartier ecosystem (General Management, Marketing, Retail Partnerships, )
- Innovate in all Media efforts to challenge classic paradigms and testing, bringing precision in our advertising and budget optimization.

**Digital Communication**
- Work together with the advertising agency to assure that all the online campaigns are live on time and properly tracked.
- Develop a weekly analysis of the online communication KPI’s with key findings and insights useful for the optimization of the campaigns.
- Implement programs resulting in highest possible levels of business benefit.
- Execute digital strategy among digital marketing channels (SEA, PLA, Affiliation, Retargeting) to ensure that ROI/ROAs targets are achieved.
- Leverage data to implement customer-centric actions across the campaigns delivering a higher-level omnichannel journey.
- Work together with the Media Manager to achieve e-commerce KPI’s on time.
- Propose and implement new ideas for creative contents that Cartier Mexico could do for social media to outstand from the competition.

**Co-op Advertising**
- Support the Media Manager in the creation of the COOP campaign flow for new fiscal years.
- Analysis of needs by client, design, budget reporting, and all day-to-day activity of advertising campaigns for the benefit of our commercial partners.

**Budget Management**
- Receive all the communication invoices (institutional and COOP) and review the right registration of the invoices into SAP and the correct payment process, along the Media Intern.
- Follow-up of the overall media, budget. Guaranteeing the alignment between the invoices and the A&P files, along the Media Manager.

**Education**:

- Bachelor in marketing and/or communication.

**Required experience**:

- +1 year of previous experience in a similar communication or media planning position, involving strong digital marketing experience.

**Technical skills/abilities**:

- Strong skills in digital (Google Analytics, Search campaigns, Social and Display campaigns, Video ), IT literacy with full proficiency on Excel and Power Point.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Fully bilingual required (English and Spanish).
- Customer-centric and omnichannel mindset.

- High interpersonal skills with service minded nature.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple individuals and manage several projects at once.
