Overview:
STATEMENT:
The Bilingual Digital Archivist will report to the Content Manager and support the WW marketing department overseeing asset archiving in the Digital Asset Management system by collaborating with the Sr. Digital Archivist. This position will be responsible for managing the ingestion of content and assets into Adobe AEM. It will also be responsible for gathering media from various locations and departments and following best practices for taxonomy and tagging, overseen by the Global Taxonomist.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Should be comfortable working in various DAM systems, experience in Adobe preferred.
- Uphold processes to ensure all digital assets are tagged appropriately in compliance with regulatory requirements and content management best practices.
- Make recommendations for additional tags or keywords that should be applied to assets to improve the user experience or the findability of assets.
- Receive, track and respond to inquiries and requests for digital assets
- Follow workflows related to the management of digital assets and collections
- Define and maintain data structure, metadata and search terminology. Work with Marketing teams and IT (MTS) teams in order to leverage DAM system functions with our internal systems.
- Support audits to digital assets as needed.
- Escalate archive issues to DAM Supervisor when necessary.
- Review reporting to identify low usage assets through audits, purge data of expired assets.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new methods to improve content management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:

- Consistently demonstrate the ability to understand and use:

- Excel
- Adobe Creative Suite / Cloud
- Basic understanding of remote networking to communicate between locations (Box, FTP, Server structure)
- Basic understanding of workflows and automations through coding / logic statements
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Understand database terminology, architecture and relationships
- Permission-based access control systems knowledge
- Digital Asset Management or Marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years’ experience as an archivist/librarian

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or related field of study

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Ability to find creative solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a direct selling or multi-level marketing company
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales & marketing environment
- 2+ years’ working for a global or multi-national company.
