The team you will be a part of

People & Places (Real Estate) is a function responsible for providing Nokia employees with innovative and inspiring workspaces as well as workplace services that support employees in their daily life on Nokia campuses, while ensuring that business’ needs are met, and the company’s space is used wisely and cost-efficiently. The person will interface with Finance, Procurement, Project Management & with Nokia employees in general.

What you will learn and contribute to:

- Assist in the control and guarantee the good functioning of the office infrastructure: HVAC, Fire system / safety equipment and environment, elevators, UPS etc.
- Support with implementation of the environmental programs
- Execution of the financial process payment (Control and request of purchase orders)

Your skills and experience
- You have:

- Been enrolled in 6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture.
- Advanced English skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Word and Excel.
- It would be nice if you also had:

- Some knowledge of Power BI.
- Some experience in data mining tools.
