We have an extraordinary job opportunity in our Ramos Arizpe Site for the following position:
Accounting Manager
Reporting to the Finance Director, is responsible to plan and establish accounting as well as fiscal controls and procedures to comply with current legal regulations, providing reliable and timely information to the organization for proper decision-making, always in alignment with our global policies and corporate values.

Key accountabilities
1. Coordinate the monthly accounting closures of the financial statements.
2. Ensure the compliance of the financial statements with local and international accounting rules.
3. Determine the economic and financial situation of the company by controlling records, classification and summary of transactions.
4. Manage and maintain daily and monthly accounting functions by providing truthful and timely financial information to the organization
5. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
6. Ensure the compliance of national and international fiscal rules.
7. Coordinate any fiscal audit with the local accounting and administration team.
8. Coordinate and manage the annual audit of the financial statements
9. Prepare and present monthly operating results and indicators

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in public accounting, finance or related
- Desirable to have accounting certification and/or master's degree in administration or finance
- Advanced oral and written English
- 10+ years of experience in similar positions & leading accounting teams
