**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**

- Keep safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; and make sure to comply with established policies and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Development and Evaluation of Risk Analysis and ergonomic operations, equipment and processes.
- APQP process development (Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PC, and MSA).
- Use of STOP license as a tool for reporting/correcting unsafe behavior.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Coach the production operator's activities according to demand, procedures, policies and systems.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

- 2-4 years of experience on a similar position
- Industrial, electromechanical, mechanical, mechatronic or chemical Engineering (Graduate) or Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- 80% bilingual English-Spanish
