**About This Opportunity**

We are looking for a Roadside Assistant to join our team in the logistics and transportation industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our operators and vehicles are safe at all times. Your primary responsibility will be to provide roadside assistance, resolve issues, and ensure the continuity of our logistics operations.

**Schedule**

This position has various shifts ranging from day shifts to night shifts and weekends.

**Responsibilities**
- Roadside Assistance: Provide immediate assistance to our operators in the event of breakdowns, accidents, or roadside emergencies. This includes coordinating towing services, repairs, and on-site assistance.
- Effective Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers and the logistics team to ensure quick issue resolution and minimize disruptions in deliveries.
- Incident Logging
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with road safety regulations and standards.
- Prior experience.
- Knowledge of road safety procedures and transport regulations.
- Ability to make quick and efficient decisions.
- Working under pressure.
- Organizational skills and the ability to keep detailed records of incidents and implemented solutions.
- Full availability.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
