_**AMT IS HIRING: WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT**_**REGIONAL SALES MANAGER**
**Desired Experience and Expertise**
- Experienced in the metalworking manufacturing industry in a customer facing role.
- The ideal RSM possesses a network of relationships from selling, servicing, implementing, or integrating capital equipment or peripheral equipment in the metalworking manufacturing industry.
- Understands the commercial dynamics and distribution layers in industrial manufacturing and metalworking.
**Responsabilities**:
- Opening relationships with new accounts
- Navigating multi-stage sales cycles to closed/won order
- Enabling, educating, equipping, and empowering sales channels
- Researching, segmenting, targeting, and engaging new prospects
- Conducting highly effective sales calls that advance the opportunity
- Strategically planning and delivering growth with key accounts
- Reporting accurate and insightful sales and service data through our CRM/VOC “customer success” programs.
- Balancing the correct level of personal involvement and knowing who to pull in and when to pull them in to win a deal or have a great “customer success” meeting
- Collaboration with RSD group and BDL’s
