Especialista en Cuentas por Cobrar es responsable del procesamiento preciso y oportuno de las cuentas por cobrar de la Compañía.

El especialista en cuentas por cobrar trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de ventas / BOC para la coordinación del procesamiento de cuentas por cobrar a través del Sistema de ERP.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Asegurarse de que todos los procesos, políticas y procedimientos estén claramente definidos y completamente documentados.
- Postear los recibos de efectivo diarios precisos que incluyen cheques, ACH / transferencias bancarias y depósitos de caja de seguridad.
- Investigar, resolver, disputar y procesar las deducciones de pago de los clientes.
- Investigar y procesar créditos de RMA.
- Facturación de las ventas en consignación.
- Analizar AR (Reporte de envejecimiento) y ayudar en los esfuerzos de cobranza de cuentas por cobrar vencidas.
- Manejo de juntas semanales con el equipo de ventas en USA.
- Llamadas diarias/Correos con servicio al Cliente interno.
- Llamadas/Correo con Clientes externos.
- Cálculo de estimación de las cuentas incobrables de la cartera de clientes.
- Asegurar el revenue recognition de cada periodo de acuerdo a las políticas de la empresa / US GAAP.
- Realizar procesos de cierre mensual, informes financieros, pólizas de cierre, reportes, atención a requerimientos de corporativo, controles internos y todas las demás iniciativas contables relacionadas con las cuentas por cobrar.
- Apoyo en contabilidad general:

- Atención a auditorías de UK.
- Apoyo en elaboración de reportes de contabilidad general y operativa.
- Atención a requerimientos de corporativo.
- Atención a requerimientos fiscales - USA taxes.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en contabilidad, Contador Público, o afín.
- Manejo de computadora, Microsoft Office y programas de aplicación.
- 3 años de experiência en el área.
- Inglés conversacional (intermedio - avanzado).
