Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Call Center)

, Hybrid

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the call center business.
- Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and establish recruitment goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our applicant tracking system.
- Continuously monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, must be within the call center business (won't be considered if recruiting experience is in other areas).**:

- Proven track record of closing at least 25 positions per month.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
