E-commerce Operations Associate

**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

Maxima Apparel Corp is a leading streetwear / sportswear licensed apparel brand collective that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products in multiple segments with a primary focus in men’s and women’s licensed apparel, outerwear, and headwear. The company has a strong foundation in the market that it services with the prestigious brands it owns and the products it manufactures.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issue POs to the Factory from ERP system, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Reconcile daily receipts from Factory and issue pick tickets to the Warehouse.
- Perform Customer Service related functions including but not limited to communication regarding deliveries, payment, returns.
- Issue invoices to Customers.
- Execute Sales requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with US and International counterparts on daily workload needs and problem-solving.
- Research Customer chargeback claims, and provide details around validity of claims.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize issues, and resolve them quickly and efficiently using gained knowledge and experience in this role.
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on the needs of the business.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both internally with cross-functional team members locally and internationally, as well as external customers.
- Experienced in ERP system related to data entry, data inquiry and reporting.
- Ability to work closely within a Team environment, and share in workload responsibilities to achieve deadlines.
- At least 1-2 years work related experience.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

**Salary**: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
