El Business Analyst para Odoo juega un papel clave en la implementación y optimización de sistemas empresariales en la plataforma Odoo, actuando como intermediario entre los usuarios finales y el equipo de desarrollo. Su responsabilidad incluye traducir requisitos comerciales en soluciones tecnológicas efectivas para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y agregar valor a la organización. Además, recopila, analiza y presenta datos de mercado relevantes para respaldar decisiones estratégicas, identificando tendencias y evaluando el rendimiento de productos y servicios.

**Preparación académica**:

- Licenciatura en informatica administrativa, ingeniería en sistemas computacionales, TICS, o afín.

**Experiência Laboral**:

- 3 años de experiência en puestos similares
- Experiência en manejo de ERP's en general
- Deseable experiência y conocimiento en Odoo

**Conocimientos/Habilidades**:

- Microsoft Office Excel - AVANZADO
- Manejo del sistema Odoo
- Administración y mantenimiento de bases de datos
- Programación VBA (Deseable)
- Power BI (Deseable)

**Responsabilidades**:

- Entender los procesos que se llevan a cabo por las diferentes áreas adentro del ERP Odoo y como estos procesos se relacionan
- Realizar pruebas de las nuevas funcionalidades con las diferentes áreas para verificar que cumplan con los requerimientos
- Detectar áreas de mejora
- Agrupar y organizar los requerimientos de las diferentes áreas con respecto a incidencias o nuevas funcionalidades del sistema
- Documentar requerimientos para las nuevas funcionalidades
- Trasmitir los requerimientos al proveedor de Odoo para que los implemente
- Trabajar de la mano con el proveedor para encontrar posibles soluciones que satisfagan los requerimientos
- Priorizar requerimientos con las diferentes áreas y trabajar un plan de trabajo con el proveedor de Odoo

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
