**Job Summary**:
The Client Development Manager
- East plays a crucial role in establishing and leveraging relationships to build the Clase Azul Mexico client community. This position focuses on executing the client development strategy and fostering strong connections with high-value clients to drive recruitment and maximize scalable sales opportunities. They are responsible for acquiring new clients, engaging existing clients, and ensuring their long-term retention. They collaborate closely with the Client Development Program Manager, internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business. This role will manage regional client relationships to cultivate a community eager to evolve with the transformation of Clase Azul Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Client Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract potential high-value clients.
- Proactively network and build relationships with prospective clients in market.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive positioning for effective client acquisition.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, including Very Important Clients (VICs) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized experiences and tailored solutions.
- Interact daily with clients to maintain engagement, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
- Design and execute retention strategies to ensure long-term client loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up
- selling to existing clients.
- Implement customer relationship programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

2. Client Experiences and Engagement:

- Collaborate closely with Experience and Destinations teams to offer exclusive experiences and benefits to Clase Azul Mexico clients.
- Coordinate travel logistics and programs to drive client business to Clase Azul Mexico Destinations and Boutiques.
- Seek strategic partnerships and other collaborative business opportunities to extend brand reach, leverage resources, and attract new clients.
- Host and engage clients at events, brand experiences, and exclusive gatherings.
- Utilize events as opportunities to deepen client relationships and showcase the brand's offerings.
- Represent the Clase Azul Mexico brand to the highest level of luxury standards to generate goodwill and aspiration among VIC and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional client service experiences in all situations.

3. Client Relationship Management (CRM):

- Ensure utilization of CRM systems and tools to track client interactions, detailed profiles, preferences, and purchase history.
- Analyze client data and generate insights to inform personalized client development strategies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize data management and reporting processes.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Liaise with internal department to align client development efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide weekly reports on client acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics to management.
- Communicate strategies, priorities, and activities to key stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with brand and business strategies.
- Share insights and collaborate with teams to enhance the client experience and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising, and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
- Proven luxury industry experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for luxury environments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and achieve targets.
- Analytical skills to interpret client data and drive data-informed decision-making.
