Brindar liderazgo técnico al equipo de producción. Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar documentación y soporte de piso asociados con seguridad, métodos de fabricación y calidad, herramientas y equipos. Iniciar agresivamente nuevos procesos y métodos que mejorarán la seguridad, reducirán el costo del producto y / o mejorarán la calidad del producto.

**Las responsabilidades clave incluyen**:

- Impulsar la mejora de la calidad del producto mediante la identificación de problemas de fabricación, el desarrollo de soluciones rentables y la supervisión de la implementación exitosa en la producción.
- Trabajar con los asociados de producción para resolver problemas de fabricación y calidad relacionados con métodos, procesos, herramientas, equipos y diseño de productos.
- Participe en la introducción de nuevos productos a través del diseño de procesos, el desarrollo de herramientas y nuevos equipos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo mediante Validación y Verificación: ejecución y análisis del plan.
- Coordinación de lanzamientos de fabricación

**Expectativas de calidad**:

- Completar toda la formación planificada de calidad y cumplimiento dentro de los plazos definidos.
- Identificar e informar cualquier inquietud sobre la calidad o el cumplimiento y respaldar las acciones correctivas.

**Calificaciones**:

- Ingeniería terminada y titulado
- +3 años de experiência en soporte del día a día a líneas de ensamble electrónicos
- Conocimiento del trabajo de validación de preferencia en industrias medicas u otras industrias
- Experiência con interacción de softwares de prueba
- Experiência diseñando fixturas para ensambles electrónicos
- Experiência contestando quejas de clientes
- Experiência estableciendo controles de proceso (PFMEAS, Poka yokas, etc.)
- Bilingüe

**Calificaciones preferidas**:

- M.S. Grado en Ingeniería o Empresa
- Capacidad para identificar e implementar las mejores prácticas. Entrenado en Six Sigma.
- Capacidad para desempeñarse con altos níveles de ambigüedad. Experiência previa en integración de procesos.
- Experiência previa en proyectos
- Conocimientos sobre digitalización.
