Propósito de Trabajo:
Responsable del alcance de los objetivos establecidos de productividad, calidad, costos y resultado general de las operaciones, siguiendo el modelo de negocio de la empresa, así como obtener pronta respuesta ante situaciones de tiempo perdido por fallas en equipo productivo, fomenta el cumplimiento de los métricos para lograr las metas establecidas, con enfoque principal en costos de manufactura, desperdicio y níveles óptimos de producción.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de asegurar que se cumple los objetivos de producción, de acuerdo al volumen solicitado por el cliente.
- Participar activamente en equipos de mejora continua donde se soliciten y establecer planes de mejora continua relacionados con las responsabilidades del negocio.
- Administración del tiempo extra generado conforme a la necesidad de la operacion.
- Responsable de Planificar y administrar el presupuesto en su área.
- Establecer los mecanismos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas, normas, reglamentos, procedimientos y metodologías de la empresa.
- Asegurar el desempeño eficiente de los procesos, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas en el APU relacionadas con el SPQVC: (seguridad, personal, calidad, volumen y costo).
- Elaboración, monitoreo y aplicación del presupuesto, tales como: Scrap, Tiempo extra y Gastos de operación.
- Cumplimiento de programas de producción, FTQ, TPM.
- Monitoreo y conocimiento de Índices de Accidentes, incidentes, rotación, ausentismo & clima laboral.
- Cumplimiento a los sistemas de Calidad/EOS/IATF 16949/ Ambiental ISO-14001 e ISO-45001.
- Administra el presupuesto del departamento de Operaciones de BorgWarner Reynosa, como parte del presupuesto general de la planta.
- Trabaja coordinadamente con el Departamento de Ingeniería Industrial y Manufactura Esbelta para la implementación de planes de mejora continua.
- Esta posición se apegará al Sistema de Administración y Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo vigente de BorgWarner Reynosa diseñado e implementado bajo la legislación mexicana y estándares nacionales e internacionales que aplican. Se incluyen reglas de seguridad, prácticas y entrenamiento como se enuncia en el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo BorgWarner Reynosa, que incluye el uso de equipos, dispositivos de protección y/o vestimenta requeridos por la empresa. Este puesto se desempeñará de tal manera que destaque la importancia de prevenir accidentes y enfermedades en su área de responsabilidad, asumiendo aquellos aspectos del Sistema de Administración y Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo sobre los que tenga control. Se deben tomar todas las precauciones razonables en las circunstancias dadas para la protección de su propia seguridad y salud y la de su equipo de trabajo. Además, será responsable de reportar todas las lesiones y/o posibles situaciones peligrosas, riesgos de exposición, incidentes o accidentes ocurridos a su personal, de manera que se puedan tomar acciones preventivas y correctivas.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en Electrónica, electromecánica, industrial o afín, a nível profesional.
- Habilidad Bilingüe: Inglés-Español.
- Conocimiento en Metodología de Solución de problemas
- Experiência en desarrollo de productos
- Conocimiento de Sistema SAP
- Experiência en la Industria Automotriz con un enfoque analítico para la resolución de problemas.
- Conocimientos de Manufactura Esbelta, Certificacion como Six Sigma Green Belt o Black Belt deseable.
