We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Business Analyst**
- Responsibilities_:

- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects
- Oversee the development of functional specifications to ensure alignment with business needs
- Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all business processes
- Conduct detailed analysis of billing and revenue management systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Tops Skills:_
- 7+ yrs of experience of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Have experience in the Devices, Billing & Revenue Management domain
- Some knowledge or experience working with Salesforce
- English language proficiency
