The Program Manager is in charge of: REC

The program Manager coordinates the activities assigned by the program manager, in order to provide customers with the desired deliverables (products or services), on schedule, at the required level of quality and accordance with applicable contractual requirements and standards.
He/she participates in the program reviews and reporting sessions, and acts as the interface between the customer and the organization assigned to the programme.
The Program Manager ensures that the orders are properly set up in the system (SAP) and collaborated with the customer (acknowledgement, rescheduling and /or cancellation).

**Requirements**:
Have an experience in project/program management.
Knowledge customer service.
Knowledge of SAP.
Bachelor of Engineering.
5 years, experience in project/program management.
ERP-SAP (SCM operations).
Advanced English.

Activities:
Manage the order book.
Ensure the order book is properly set up into SAP with sales administration ADV department.
Participate to regular meetings with business team, to track objectives relating to technical progress, quality planning, risk management etc.
Conduct order reviews at various stages of the programme life.
Remain informed about action by businesses that are liable to affect quality, cost or deadlines for his/her program or the contract.
Reports to the program manager appropriate performance indicators relayed by businesses to ensures that the program is managed effectively.
