Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- 1+ years of experience maintaining Salesforce instance for a global user base
- 1+ years of experience integrating Salesforce to other instances. Experience with SOQL
- Experience with Apex Coding. Experience working in an asynchronous environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Worldwide Real Estate Technology (WWRE) seeks a talented Salesforce Application Engineer to administer and grow a global Salesforce instance. This role will help WWRE solve some of our toughest data problems, helping scale our systems and drive global standardization to support Amazon's continued expansion.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop innovative user interfaces (using Skuid and other tools) to optimize the user experience as part of a customer obsessed tech team
- Identify and implement process automation improvements (apex, flows, etc) to reduce data entry requirements and improve data quality
- Identify and implement data architecture changes (in concert with product and engineering leadership) to drive system scalability and reduce technical debt
- Administer Salesforce instance for a global user base, including production support; user creation, permission, and maintenance; and release management
- Help maintain source code repository, reconcile merge conflicts, and participate in code reviews
- Own environment management for prod and pre-production environments
- Partner with team on integrations between Salesforce and other products
- Participate - as part of the development team - in traditional agile structures
- Support compliance obligations as part of the development team
- Partner with team on process and technical documentation for Salesforce instance.

About the team
WWRE Tech manages software tools to centralize data about what buildings Amazon launches. Since inception, these tools have grown to encompass Amazon's worldwide operations (outside physical stores): we now cover thousands of active new launches, retrofit, and lease-related projects. We create global standards for managing data related to these capital projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Certified Platform App Builder.
- 1+ years of Skuid development experience
- Prior experience working on a global product in a globally-distributed team
- Prior experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
