**Demand Planner Analyst MX & CA**:

**Main accountabilities and responsibilities**:
- Analyze historical demand and filter out outliers, identify the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm.
- Develop the base demand plan using the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm and make adjustments where necessary.
- Generate the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling / scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category Management.
- Understand the impact of the customer buying pattern.
- Effectively communicate with and engage the Customer on operational issues.
**Experience and qualification requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert in MS office tools. Knowledge of software such as SAP or other ERP / planning tools would be valuable.
- Proficient in English, other languages valuable.
