Job title: Import/Export Specialist

Location: Mexico City

Job overview:
Responsible for coordinating international import logistics through different types of transportation as well as monitoring customs clearance in accordance with current applicable laws.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and approval of pedimentos.
- Generate import registration reports.
- Coordination of sea, air and ground transportation.
- Generation of the import file.
- Monitor compliance with internal import policies as well as the current legal framework.
- Monitoring of payment to suppliers.
- NOM certification process and RYRNAs
- Potential support in the logistics and customs processes of some LATAM countries.
- Excellent sense of urgency and frustration tolerance.
- Focused on continuous improvement and with the willingness to learn supply chain optimization processes.
- Able to lead the work team between customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Teamwork with other internal areas such as planning, customer fulfilment and sales.

Basic requirements:

- Graduate in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Customs, Logistics, International Business.
- Conversational English.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Eager to learn every day and with great dedication.
