Lisconn high-tech devices for the medical, industrial, aerospace, and automotive sectors. 1. Creates and follow up the monthly/weekly production schedule to assure customer commits along with our revenue goals. 2. Runs the “Clear To Build” meetings with the purchasing and plant manager to ensure material is available. 3. Commits to the site build plan of the Corporate Sales and Operating Plan base on materials kit clear dates and production capacity and reviews weekly. 4. Regenerates material status, reschedules, reviews MRP details 5. Analyzed and track material status and informs purchasing and production departments of possible material shortages. 6. Interacts with materials group, purchasing, engineering, and plant manager to resolve production-related issues; conducts weekly production commit meetings. 7. Ensures relevant reports are accurate and provided on a timely basis. 8. Runs daily Tier 1 production meetings with each department on the production floor.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronics contract manufacturing experience. - 3-5years of experience supporting electronics manufacturing in production control and planning capacity. - Experience with customer-focused team organization structures. - Experience in production work order management. - Experience with stock room management to including developing work orders for material kitting and material returns from production work orders. - Ability to read, write, and speak English (80%).
