**Responsabilidades**:

- Servir como el primer punto de contacto de Soporte tecnico nível 1 a los clientes internos via teléfonica, chat o correo electrónico.
- Realice la resolución de problemas remota a través de técnicas de diagnóstico y preguntas pertinentes.
- Determine la mejor solución en función del problema y los detalles proporcionados por los clientes
- Guíe al cliente a través del proceso de resolución de problemas
- Dirija los problemas no resueltos al siguiente nível de personal de soporte
- Proporcionar información precisa sobre productos o servicios de TI.
- Registra eventos y problemas y su resolución en registros.
- Seguimiento y actualización del estado y la información del cliente
- Transmitir cualquier comentario o sugerencia de los clientes al equipo interno correspondiente.
- Identificar y sugerir posibles mejoras en los procedimientos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada como técnico de la mesa de ayuda u otro rol de soporte al cliente
- Conocimiento en remedy
- Experto en tecnología con conocimiento práctico de productos de automatización de oficinas, bases de datos y control remoto
- Buen conocimiento de los sistemas informáticos, los dispositivos móviles y otros productos tecnológicos.
- Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos básicos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Orientado al cliente y tranquilo
- Conociiento en Remedy o cualquier sistema de ticket

Salario: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 10 horas
