We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **PEGA Software Development Lead**

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of PEGA Development Lead.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing the Solution Design for the new Requirements / Enhancements / Business Problem Statement.
- Responsible for preparing the solution Design document and present it to the Architecture Forum for their approval.
- Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
- Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.
- Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions.
- Responsible for understanding on the Product Enhancement and suggest business on the Functional Enhancements.
- Responsible for providing Integration Solution with the Partner Teams.
- Should be able to manage and lead team
- Ensure delivered solutions meet and perform to technical and functional requirements, working through vendor and local/offshore in-house staff.
- Follow the structured development methodology.
- Ensure the deliverables are of high quality following HSBC Quality Processes.
- Ensure the deliverables meet the performance thresholds expected.
- Adhere to HSBC and PRPC best practice; ensuring stability, scalability, easy maintenance and efficient performance.
- Contribute to estimating, planning and delivery against committed timescales.
- Assist the production support team as required.

Requirements

**Calificaciones - Externas**
- Over all IT experience of 8-12 years in Development. (Essential)
- Extensive experience of PRPC version 8.x and the Smart Investigate framework, 8+ years in Development (Essential).
- PRPC Certified Senior Systems Architect or equivalent experience (Essential)
- Experience in Integration Services of PRPC, Rule-Connect and Rule-Service (Essential).
- Experience in creation of Flows, Activities, Declarative rules, Agents e.t.c.
- Knowledge in PAL, PLA, DB Trace, Tracer.
- Experienced in Object Oriented Technology.
- Knowledge in API, REST, SOAP, Java Message Service, JNDI data sources, UNIX/LINUX, Oracle, WebSphere, MQ and SQL script writing.
- Ability to problem solve, dive deep to address issues, drive performance diagnosis and/or lead debugging and troubleshooting activities.
- Strong PEGA technical skills, communication and listening skills.
- Experience in Woking on SWIFT & ISO Messages.
