As a North America Field Application Engineer at Aubo Robotics USA, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers in the implementation of robotics and Cobot solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and our internal engineering team to deliver innovative automation solutions. This is a remote/work-from-home position, allowing you to work efficiently and comfortably.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacts with customer and support them on request
- Evaluate the feasibility of using collaborative robots in the project according to customer needs and provide robot simulation solutions.
- Cooperate with customers to carry out on-site robot installation, debugging, delivery, maintenance, and training.
- Solve technical problems inquired by customers and track the progress of customer project implementation.
- Cooperate with the sales team to provide technical support services, improve the competitiveness of the company's products, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical services.
- According to the company's product updates, edit, translate, and update various technical documents in both English and Spanish.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate with the R&D team in bringing forth new product features for the betterment of the company.
- Maintains and tracks issues list, reporting to Supervisor / Manager as required.

**Requirements**:

- US Visa required.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Total Ownership and Dedication, Result Driven.
- Bachelor's degree or above, robotics-related majors (mechanical, electronics, control, computer science, etc.), and hands-on experience in manufacturing automation (including internship) is required.
- Effective communicator, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively transfer technical knowledge to internal and external personnel, and a good understanding of cross-cultural differences.
- Have experience in programming, familiarity with robotic programming languages such as ROS, Python, or C++, and Linux/Unix environment is preferred.
- Familiar with Ethernet/Modbus-RTU/TCP is preferred.
- Cobot and its ecosystem like vacuum, mechanic, electric, or magnetic end effectors implementation experience is preferred.
- Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to focus on essential information and identify key details.
- Reliable and responsible team player who strives to provide the best customer experience to our industry customers.
- Short-term business trips (20-50%) and requires having a call with the China side in the evening when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis.
