El Analista Intermedio de Operaciones de Riesgo es una función profesional de un empleado en desarrollo. Se ocupa de la mayoría de los problemas de forma independiente y tiene cierta libertad para resolver problemas complejos. Integra conocimientos sólidos del área de especialidad con una comprensión sólida de los estándares y las prácticas de la industria. Tiene buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área interactúan con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/categoría del puesto. Aplica un pensamiento analítico y el conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos. Exige atención al detalle al realizar juicios y hacer recomendaciones en función del análisis de información fáctica. En general, debe lidiar con temas variables con impacto potencial más amplio en los negocios. Aplica su juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Explica la información de manera sistemática y transmisible. Se requieren habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación y diplomacia para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Coordinar e impulsar las responsabilidades de Control interno en las diversas disciplinas de control, con foco en Risk Data Aggregation y responsabilidades de Información en toda la organización de Riesgo.
- Determinar y avisar la causa de los problemas que afectan la funcionalidad cotidiana de los sistemas.
- Contribuir al esfuerzo de equipo al lograr resultados relacionados según sea necesario.
- Preparar informes especiales según sea necesario, que no estén disponibles para los usuarios mediante el uso de las herramientas de consulta existentes.
- Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo si es necesario, para brindar resultados oportunos y eficientes.
- Desarrollar, analizar e interpretar los datos de sistemas de riesgo, realizar análisis comparativo, recomendar opciones y cursos de acción.
- Trabajar con otras partes, como tecnología, cuando sea necesario para resolver problemas.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
**Calificaciones**:
- Experiência previa de 2 a 5 años
- Preferente habilidades de redacción técnica.
- Habilidad para priorizar entregas y trabajar de manera independiente en la supervisión directa.
- Habilidad para influir en las personas clave a cargo de toma de decisiones.
- Habilidad para colaborar en múltiples líneas de negocios y níveles de gestión.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office con un énfasis en MS Excel.
- Automotivación y atención a los detalles.
**Educación**:
- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
