Los equipos de ingeniería de fabricación y desarrollo de procesos de TE Connectivity influyen significativamente en los proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos impulsados por LEANPD, impulsando la excelencia en las tecnologías y métodos de fabricación existentes y esforzándose por implementar nuevas tecnologías de fabricación para proporcionar un mejor control de procesos y tolerancias. Actúan como elemento aglutinante entre el desarrollo de productos y la ingeniería de fabricación, garantizando la eficacia y eficiencia de esta interfaz crítica. Apoyan el desarrollo de productos en la optimización de diseños y piezas para su fabricación mediante la realización de herramientas/productos/prototipos de muestra. También diseñan, desarrollan y cualifican herramientas y procesos para cumplir con los estándares de calidad y producción de TE, documentan todos los procesos y herramientas en los sistemas aplicables de TE, apoyan la cadena de suministro para verificar el cumplimiento y la capacidad del proveedor, inician e implementan programas para mejorar continuamente la calidad, el coste y el tiempo de ciclo y se adhieren a todas las especificaciones apropiadas, requisitos reglamentarios y requisitos del cliente.
**What your background should look like**:
Conocimiento intermedio de herramientas de Lean Manufacturing
- Conocimiento de Instrumentos de medición (vernier, micrómetro).
- Conocimiento y manejo intermedio intermedio de SAP.
- Conocimiento y manejo de VelociTE.
- Velocity EHS.
- RTS seguimiento y escalación.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de visión es un plus.
- Conocimiento de PLC es un plus.
- Conocimiento básico y manejo de softwares CAD.
- Conocimiento de estadística.
- Conocimiento de electrónica es un plus.
- Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001.
- Conocimiento del reglamento de seguridad y sistema de gestión ambiental que aplica a la compañía.
