Job Summary

As a Dispatcher Recruiter, you will work closely with the dispatch team to onboard and recruit drivers for the Club Feast platform. The role will require constant calls to potential drivers, ensuring they meet our technical and behavioral standards, and matching them with clients’ delivery requests. You must have a skilled eye for detail and the ability to multitask

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new drivers to the Club Feast platform.
- Keep track of drivers’ schedules and availability and match with clients’ delivery requests.
- Ensure smooth communication between the dispatch team and Club Feast drivers.
- Keep accurate records of drivers and their performance

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technical and behavioral standards for drivers.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay: $16,000.00 - $22,782.97 per month
