Como especialista de O2C dando soporte al equipo de Finanzas, se confiará en ti aplicar principios de contabilidad para analizar información financiera y preparar informes financieros. Mantener o supervisar el control de cuentas y registros en áreas tales como desembolsos, gastos, pagos de impuestos e ingresos. Recopilar y analizar información financiera para registrar transacciones, preparar informes y revisar y verificar la precisión. Preparar balances, estados de pérdidas y ganancias y flujo de efectivo, preparar y consolidar estados financieros y otros programas e informes contables. Este puesto está ubicado en nuestra oficina de la Ciudad de México.
En este rol un día normal incluirá:
- Realizar la cobranza oportuna de los clientes asignados asegurándose que los pagos sean aplicados correctamente, así como la emisión del complemento de pago (en caso de aplicar).- Revisar registro de retenciones y otras deducciones fiscales de acuerdo con el país que gestionen, dentro de los periodos establecidos.- Realizar las conciliaciones de las cuentas por cobrar de los clientes asignados mensualmente obteniendo la aceptación del cliente de manera digital o por escrito, así como validar el cuadre contable de cada una.

Habilidades necesarias- Licenciatura en contaduría o afín.- 3 años de experiência en cartera/ cobranza.- Nível de Excel: intermedio.- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación.- Nível de inglés: básico
- intermedio.- Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).- Experiência en el sector farmacéutico (deseable).
