**Job Summary**:
Tetra Pak is current looking for a Logistics Expert to be the expert in factory logistics and planning team, develop capabilities and manage back-up and succession. In this role, you will be responsible of attending daily internal production meeting to align with factory management, ensure planning and logistics process compliance in the factory, and drive the expansion of World Class Manufacturing to attack logistic and planning losses. Reporting to the Production Manager
This position will be based in Cuautitlán, Mexico.
Around 20 days of travelling per year can be expected.

**What you will do**:
As a Logistics Expert, you will:

- Lead the daily logistics operations and Logistics KPI’s on safety, compliance, service, cost & quality.
- Ensure quality and efficiency in the loading & unloading operations.
- Administer and manage documentation for all goods in/out of factory incl. Export and import management (following IMMEX rules)
- Secure and promote safety culture in Logistics.
- Support carrier management together with global Supply Management and Supply Chain Control Tower
- Drive logistics optimization and Lean flow in the factory, internal logistics and Warehouses
- Take the lead of factory planning activities aligned with cluster capacity plan, considering factory capability, best block sequence, factory project schedule, constraints etc.
- Lead factory activities for PM BCP and manage the exceptional cases (material shortage, order changes, order delay due to production disturbance and etc.)
- Support actions/decision from S&OP process (reallocation production or inventory etc.)

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Engineer degree.
- Proficent in English and Spanish language.
- 5 years of experience leading a Logistics and / or Planning department.
- Desirable experience in Logistics / 3PL / 4PL industry.
- Knowledge in IMMEX for import and export components and machines.
- Good understanding of factory production processes and product portfolio.
- Desirable WCM knowledge, methodology and practice.
- Good general supply chain knowledge.
- Good knowledge of process and tools in logistic.
- Used to work in a multicultural environment
