**Prinicipales Resposabilidades**:

- Planeación, Testing de híbridos
- Ensayos agronómicos
- Procesamiento de datos y soporte comercial
- Soporte para todos los cultivos: Maíz de campo / Maíz fresco / Sorgo / Hortalizas
- Coordinar la implementación, ejecución y control para la finalización general de programas específicos
- Construir, Segmentar y mantener actualizado el producto
- Planificación y ejecución del programa de pruebas de productos
- Manejo de Presupuesto
- Recopilación y Procesamiento de datos
- Soporte al TD México Central para avance de producto
- Creación de libros de campo y carga de datos en software corporativo
- Creación y Desarrollo Técnico de los productos comerciales
- Capacitación y asesorías técnicas para nuestros Distribuidores
- Posicionamiento de marca
- Atención y seguimiento de reclamos en materia agronómica

**Perfil**:

- Ingeniero Agrónomo o afín
- Formación en la industria de semillas enfocada en pruebas de productos y amplio conocimiento en los cultivos comercializados por Advanta
- Conocimiento avanzado en el sector agrícola
- Experiência en desarrollo de productos
- Conocimiento en análisis de datos
- Manejo de software: Office, excel (intermedio), power point
- Inglés (intermedio)
- Trabajo en equipo
- Proactivo
- Atención al detalle
- Gestión autónoma
