**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
The role of the Collection Analyst is to execute a sub process within the Bill to Cash end-to-end process. The role ensures the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from existing clients and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. The role serves as a Collections Subject Matter Expert and is accountable to resolve complex problems, collaborate across the organization, leverage technical expertise, and provide exceptional internal/external customer satisfaction. Importantly, Collections Specialists are critical to the overall successful operation of GBS Delivery Centers by serving as a high performing member of the end-to-end process team.
**Unique Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities**:
- Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or equivalent job experience;
- Possesses a broad understanding of billing, collection techniques, collection laws and regulations;
- Comfortable working with targets;
- Displays excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Expert knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), especially in SAP and JDE;
- Advanced knowledge in Office tools;
- Preferred language fluency as follows: English and Spanish.
