**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Reverse Logistics is a key capability in order to ensure a better utilization of logistic material (Finished goods returns, carton, pallets, plastic boxes) enabling efficiencies across the value chain, contributing to the PEP+ agenda by reducing CO2 emissions, and ensuring the safety of Pepsico collaborators. In the reverse logistics agenda exist 3 mains workstreams: Boomerang (Carton Reutilization), Assets Management (Pallets and others) and Finished good returns.
- Boomerang is focused on the carton reused, which delivers productivity by reducing the consumption of New Carton
- Assets management is focused on the management of different logistics materials used by the frontline and sales force for delivering a better their day to day activities. (Wood pallets, Plastic pallets, sales racks and others deliverables).
- Finished goods returns, is focused to manage the return processes related with the move areas.

**Your Impact**:
As Reverse Logistics & Circular Economy Manager your scope would consist of:

- Lead a LatAm unified cardboard program (Boomerang), Co.lead the LatAm design boxes projects and support the packaging transformation.
- Lead the plastic pallets implementation across LatAm.
- Responsibly for delivering LATAM OpEx productivity (PSP 2025-17MM USD) and increase the Cost avoidance saving (PSP 2025 -180MM USD) across the packaging reverse logistics functions (Make, Move, Sell).
- Uses operational & business knowledge to drive cross functional alignment of the LATAM Boomerang, packaging, pallets and FG return projects.
- Must be able to communicate and influence from to front line employees to Sr. Executives, working in all levels of the organization
- Ability to work closely with the R&D, GP, Manufacturing, Logistics, G2M and productivity teams in developing strategies which would be shifted in every MU.
- Must have ability to solve complex issues and roadblocks.
- Develop data and analytics reports for measuring main KPIs and identify business opportunities

Qualifications:

- Direct experience with large scale change initiatives.
- Proven experience in medium scale project with proven results, Lean six sigma training or certification (Desirable).

- Overall knowledge on PepsiCo manufacturing, logistics and sales processes
- Deep knowledge on PepsiCo productivity framework.
- Knowledge of LATAM business environment
- Cycle of Operations and Annual Planning, costs and Metrics
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 6 years of experience in supply Chain is required
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point, Access, Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, SAP (Desirable), Python (Desirable), SQL (Desirable).
- Language: Spanish / English fluent / Portuguese (Desirable).
