Project Manager

Estamos en busca de Consultor PMO con enfoque en proyectos de tecnología con énfasis en Proyectos CRM, Customer Experience y Programas de Lealtad.

Objetivo: Lograr que los proyectos se desarrollen dentro de los alcances, costos y calidad establecidos en los plazos previstos con la menor cantidad de inconvenientes, anticipando posibles problemas o desvíos y tomando decisiones correctivas o proponiendo alternativas a la Dirección.

El líder de PMO deberá ser transformador, versátil e innovador, siendo la voz central para el trabajo del proyecto en la organización que apoya, capaz de inspirar y manejar las metodologías, estándares, y sobre todos los riesgos y oportunidades, entre los proyectos a nível empresarial.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

- Importante conocimiento de CRM, Customer experience, programas de lealtad)
- Cocimiento solido de procesos y sistemas administrativos.
- Ciclo de negocio
- Mapeo de procesos
- Análisis de Requerimientos.
- Manejo de cliente y trato con usuarios
- Metodologías de desarrollo de sistemas (agiles, no ágiles). Conocimiento de Scrum/UML/TDD/IC. Diseño Estructurado de Sistemas, Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo de Software, etc.
- Manejo de lenguajes de programación orientados a las necesidades de los proyectos.
- Conocimientos de ambientes de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento de análisis y diseño de bases de datos.
- Actividades de Liderazgo (Team Building) / Project Management
- Experiência en la entrega exitosa de proyectos de implementación y soporte Oracle.
- Un historial probado de éxito en la implementación de proyectos.
- Experiência de todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, desde la definición del alcance hasta el cierre de un proyecto y la entrega al cliente.
- Experiência en la entrega efectiva de un proyecto a través del despliegue y uso de recursos humanos, financieros, materiales e intelectuales.
- Conocimiento de los aspectos teóricos y prácticos de la gestión de proyectos.
- Capacidad para guiar, inspirar y motivar a los miembros del equipo y otras partes interesadas del proyecto a través de la entrega de los beneficios del proyecto
- Capacidad para intercambiar información precisa, apropiada y relevante con las partes interesadas, así como para garantizar que las personas estén listas, dispuestas y sean capaces de comenzar a utilizar los resultados del proyecto.
- Conocimiento del detalle de la documentación utilizada en proyectos a nível interno y con el cliente.
- Conocimiento en auditoría de proyectos.

- Controlarlos recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados.
- Gestionarlas restricciones (alcance, cronograma, costo, calidad, etc.) del proyecto.
- Aplicarun estándar para dirigir los proyectos, que implica las siguientes áreas de conocimiento: integración, alcance, calendario, costes, calidad, personas, comunicaciones, riesgos y compras.

IMPORTANTE:

- Certificado PMI deseable
- Capacidad de mantener conversaciones de negocios y técnicas en inglés
- Será un plus expertise en sector Retail

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
