**Principales responsabilidades**:
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición
- Llevar a cabo exámenes médicos para empleados de nueva contratación y Extraordinarios.
- Responsable de los programas de salud ocupacional (Vigilancia Médica).
- Coordina los exámenes médicos para el Programa Live for Life. - Mantiene los archivos médicos de los empleados.
- Proporciona atención médica a los asociados que se ven afectados en incidentes ocupacionales, como enfermedades o heridas.
- Proporciona apoyo para investigaciones de incidentes de heridas/enfermedades.
- Proporciona apoyo a los programas EHS.
- Sigue todas las políticas de EHS de la compañía y otras precauciones de seguridad dentro del área de trabajo.
- Se asegura del cumplimiento de las responsabilidades del Sistema de Manejo Ambiental (EMS).
- Sigue las Políticas para Conveniencia de la Información de J&J, Programación de Retención de Registros, Entrenamiento y Educación, Notificaciones de Retención de documentos, Limpieza de Registros, Manejo de Registros en información inactiva, Registros Vitales y proveedores, si aplica.
- Organiza y coordina Campañas de Prevención Medica.
- Cumple con el Entrenamiento Medico de GHS.
- Proporciona entrenamiento aplicable de Servicios Globales de Salud para nuevos asociados.
- Participa en la Planeación de Educación Médica.
- Cumple con los requerimientos legales médicos. o Es responsable de comunicar asuntos relacionados al negocio u oportunidades al siguiente nível gerencial o Para aquellos que supervisan o administran personal, son responsables de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionadas con las Appendix I 100612422 Rev 6 CONFIDENTIAL use pursuant to Company Procedures Page 3 of 5 prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para hacerlo estén disponibles y en buenas condiciones, si aplica o Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la Compañía con todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos Federales, Estatales y Locales de la compañía o Realiza otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario

**Requisitos**:
Bilingüe: inglés/español, de preferencia.
- Conocimiento de GMP/ISO, de preferencia.
- Conocimiento de las regulaciones mexicanas de salud, de preferencia.
- Conocimientos de Excel, Word, sistema de correo electrónico.

4 años de experiência como medico ocupacional
