**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials in support of the production plan for compressors and light commercial equipment.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to meet target service levels and optimize inventory turnover.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct procurement of commodities such as steel, compressors, motors, and electronics.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
- Advanced business English proficiency with daily interactions in English.
- Proficiency in SAP (Supply) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., data analysis).
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
