**1. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**:
Dirige todas actividades importantes del departamento de Ingeniería de Procesos dentro de las políticas generales establecidas por la Gerencia de Ingeniería.

**2. **FUNCIONES ESENCIALES (FAVOR DE SER ESPECÍFICO)***

Responsable de trabajar con la Gerencia de Ingeniería para determinar los parámetros y esfuerzos de Ingeniería. Programa las metas de proceso del área, define proyectos, objetivos para nuevos procesos, mejoras y desarrollo.

Guía al personal bajo su dirección, incluyendo los valores y el progreso de las revisiones.

25%

Con guía de la Gerencia de Ingeniería. Establece programas reservando presupuesto para los proyectos de Ingeniería con el proceso y mantiene el control de dichos proyectos.

Se asegura que las especificaciones el equipo productos y procesos establecidos, sean escritas con la mentalidad de reducir costos de manufactura, mas no sin perjuicio en la calidad del producto o la seguridad de los empleados.

Regularmente revisa el progreso hecho contra la programación dando aviso y asistencia a los subordinados donde sea considerado necesario.

Independientemente realiza el trabajo más complejo de Ingeniería donde los subordinados pueden tener falta de experiência o conocimiento necesario para la completa satisfacción. Representa menos complejidad en el trabajo de Ingeniería cuando es necesario para circunstancias especiales y para evitar exponer adversamente a la Compañía.

Mantiene el conocimiento del proceso completo y competitivo, participa en el desarrollo de los nuevos procesos y productos. Es responsable de informar a las áreas acerca del beneficio del conocimiento obtenido.

Establece y mantiene fuertes las relaciones de trabajo entre Ingeniería y otros departamentos en la Compañía, incluyendo el dar asistencia en conceptos como entrenamiento y asistencia técnica.
