**ESCOLARIDAD**:Arquitecto**, **Ing. Civil Titulado

**FUNCIONES**:

- **S**eguimiento y control de proyectos ejecutivos y de obra
- Elaboración y control de cronogramas de obras, analizando posibles riesgos físicos y financieros.
- Elaborar plan de suministros y equipos para el proyecto.
- Planificar el alcance, presupuesto y calidad de los proyectos en la fase de inicio.
- Mantener una estrecha comunicación con el cliente.
- Gestionar la documentación asociada al proyecto.
- Establecer la planificación de la obra en conjunto con la subdirección de obra.
- Gestionar y planificar el proyecto desde la fase de diseño hasta la fase de ejecución del proyecto garantizando el inicio en tiempo.
- Supervisar la puesta en marcha del proyecto hasta la fase del cierre, controlando las posibles desviaciones en tiempo y costo.
- Gestionar los riesgos que puedan surgir durante el proyecto.
- Dar seguimiento a la Gerencia de Coordinación Logística de los diferentes insumos y servicios a implementar, desde que son diseñados, solicitados y hasta que son suministrados.
- Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos y cierres administrativos de proyectos.
