We are looking for a professionally accredited person with a dedicated focus on the IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field, specializing in identifying and securing highly specialized global talent within LATAM. Shall be working alongside a team of Talent Acquisition Executives combining her hands-on technical background with a keen business acumen.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working for **Nearshoring **firms in LATAM **(1-3 years) **Tech Recruiter
- Strong Communication skills
- Profiling/Resume writing
- Experience with sourcing and screening for IT profiles
- Advanced English skills (C1)

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with career fairs, networking events, seminars, workshops
- Business Development/Account Management
