Warehouse & Shipping Leader

Monitor the supply chain from the request of customers through the SAP system, including the completion and registration of the necessary documentation and the correct shipment of the finished product.
- Monitor activities in the warehouse to ensure proper control of inventory material, receipt of raw materials, and control of storage area.
- Generate the required requisitions for your process, such as the purchase of spare parts, fuel, packaging material.
- Supervise the completion of the shipment process of the products to ensure the required date of the customers' order complying with all import/export requirements and documentation.
- Establish the manuals, processes and procedures of the area to be more efficient and minimize security risks.
- Ensure that the material is properly stored, if it is a finished food-grade product, ensure that they are in a GMP warehouse.
- Participate in the coordination of transportation for domestic and foreign shipments, including the proper tracking of all shipments made to validate the correct billing of the service used and ensure with the accounts payable team the scheduling of payment.
- Supervise all personnel with activities in the warehouse for receiving, storing, delivering spare parts to areas and shipping products ensuring full utilization of resources.
- Ensure you have a FIFO movement.

- Have constant communication with the customs service provider, the corporate and the finance area to ensure all Import/Export activities from the coordination of customs documentation operations.
- Coordinate with the purchasing area the generation of service contracts corresponding to logistics services.
- Keep track of the spare parts inventory.
- Carry out monthly and annual inventories with the finance area of raw materials, finished products and spare parts.
- Notify the quality area about the shipment plan made, so that Quality verifies that the results of the product analysis are uploaded and reach the customer correctly.
- It makes requests for analysis to the quality area of the raw materials received so that once approved they can be unloaded.
- Control the proper management of hazardous and special handling waste, through the use of logs and coordination for their disposal.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of annual objectives and goals through the corporate platform for performance evaluation.
- Encourage continuous improvement practices among employees.
- Participate in investigations of incidents and non-conformities, as well as in the determination of necessary corrective actions.
- Identify and report any potential injuries or injuries and any potential environmental impacts.
- Identify and intervene to correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behaviors
- Participate in the plant's training program by attending scheduled trainings and, when necessary, acting as an internal instructor.
- Active participation in plant programs, and certification procedures.
